The Incorporation Support Process

1.

Initial Consultation

We review the founders, proposed activity, ownership structure, management and practical objectives.

2.

Legal-Form Assessment

We explain the available company forms and identify the structure most suitable for the proposed business.

3.

Document Preparation

We prepare the incorporation documents and identify any notarisation, translation or legalisation requirements.

4.

Application Support

Following client approval and authorisation, we assist with submission to the Bulgarian Commercial Register.

5.

Post-Incorporation Setup

After registration, we can assist with accounting, tax compliance, payroll, banking preparation and ongoing corporate support.

Can the Process Be Managed Remotely?

In many cases, our legal and administrative assistance can be provided remotely. The exact procedure depends on the founders’ nationality, identification documents, the selected company form, notarisation requirements, banking arrangements and the requirements applied by the competent authorities.

We explain at the outset which documents can be signed remotely, whether a power of attorney is appropriate, and whether any physical presence may be required by a notary, bank or public institution.
