Lazar Panayotov
Lead Accounting Partner – Varna
Lazar Panayotov has over 40 years of professional experience in accounting, financial management and business leadership. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Economics – Varna and has served as Chief Accountant, Financial Manager and Managing Director across hospitality, construction, trade and logistics. His experience includes leading an accounting practice serving more than 200 clients, with a particular focus on international companies operating in Bulgaria.
As our lead accounting partner in Varna, Lazar brings expertise in accounting, payroll, HR administration, financial analysis and business planning. He combines extensive management experience with a practical understanding of international businesses and speaks Bulgarian, English, German, Russian and Italian fluently.
Antoniy Dimitrov
Legal Partner – Residence and Immigration, Sofia
Antoniy Dimitrov is a Bulgarian lawyer with over a decade of legal experience who assists international clients with obtaining residence in Bulgaria. He advises EU citizens and non-EU nationals on residence procedures connected with employment, business activities and family reunification. His support includes assessing the appropriate residence route, preparing applications and supporting documents, coordinating translations and legalisation, and assisting with Type D visas, Single Residence and Work Permits, and EU Blue Cards.
As our legal partner in Sofia, Antoniy supports clients throughout the process, from initial planning to the decision and, where approved, issuance of their residence document. He represents clients before the competent Bulgarian authorities where permitted, assists with steps requiring personal attendance, responds to requests for additional documents and advises on renewals. His background in corporate, commercial and employment law also helps him address the business and employment matters associated with relocating to Bulgaria.
