A family hotel in an unfinished state of construction is offered for sale in the village of Gutsal, south-western Bulgaria. The village is stated to lie approximately 6 km from the main road from Kostenets to the Borovets ski resort (20 km) and the town of Samokov (16 km). The settlement is situated in wooded terrain with a southern exposure and views towards the Rila mountain and the Borovets ski runs.

Location

Gutsal is stated to be located approximately 2 km beyond Dolna Banya in the direction of Borovets, Bulgaria, with a signposted turn-off. A direct road from the Ihtiman–Samokov section, with a junction at the village of Shipochane, is stated to have been brought into operation in 2010. The village comprises two neighbourhoods, with a karst lake located in the lower neighbourhood. The settlement is stated to have approximately 150 permanent residents.
