Houses are delivered to Bulgarian State Standard (shell and core) with plaster and screed; finishing works such as flooring, air conditioning, bathroom and kitchen fittings are charged extra according to the materials chosen. Each house comes with an undivided share of the land, sized according to the house.
Current owners include two Bulgarian households, the rest being Russian-speaking. The complex has 24-hour year-round security, video surveillance, and year-round maintenance and property management. The annual maintenance fee is 38 euros per sq. m for 2026.
