New Registered Craft Winery with Living Quarters and 2-Decare Vineyard Plot in Vetren, Pazardzhik Province, Bulgaria

A wine cellar in the town of Vetren, combining modern comfort with the capacity to make high-quality craft wine. The building has two parts: living/tasting and production. Hunter underground irrigation with Wi-Fi control, its own water source plus mains water, central sewerage and 200 Mbps internet. A 7 x 2 x 2.30 m shed is also connected to the alarm. The two-year-old Syrah vineyard on SO4 rootstock has drip irrigation. The price includes the 2-decare plot, the 89 sq.m winery, full furnishing of the living part, all appliances, controllers, pumps and automation, and all garden equipment (Honda and Stihl).
